About me
Hi! I'm Jenya (this is short for Zhanneta, which is my full name), and I am an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner. My passion is helping people understand their bodies and tap into their natural ability to heal. When given the right opportunities, I believe we can all live pain-free and focus on the things that truly matter—like family, health, and overall well-being.
Osteopathy allows me to go beyond just treating symptoms; it’s about digging deeper to find the root cause of what’s going on in your body. By exploring how different systems and structures in your body are connected, we can work together to achieve true wellness.

In addition to osteopathy, I offer a range of therapies to support your healing journey. These include Somatic Release Therapy, Craniosacral Therapy, Bodytuning, Raindrop Therapy, Aromatherapy, Energy Therapy, Deep Release Point Therapy, and Soul Retrieval.

With a foundation in classical medical education, I blend scientific and spiritual approaches to create a unique healing environment tailored to each individual. If you're ready to discover how your body can heal and thrive, I'm here to help guide you on that journey.
WHAT DREW ME TO A CAREER IN OSTEOPATHY
My journey into osteopathy is deeply personal, shaped by a legacy that stretches back to my grandmother and great-grandmother. Both of them practiced energy healing and osteopathy long before I fully understood the impact of their work on so many lives. Their influence sparked my own passion for osteopathy and set me on the path I follow today.

With a strong background in healthcare, I’ve always believed in the power of holistic healing. Even before diving into osteopathy, I was practicing Aromatherapy, Energy Healing, Biofield Tuning Therapy, and other holistic modalities. These experiences have given me a unique perspective on how the body’s systems are interconnected, allowing me to focus on finding and addressing the root causes of health issues rather than just treating symptoms.

Graduating from the National Academy of Osteopathy (NAO) was a pivotal step in my journey. The hands-on training and clinical experiences I gained there were invaluable in helping me translate theory into real-world practice. Now, as an osteopathic manual practitioner, I’m committed to making a real difference in the lives of my patients, constantly learning and growing in my field.

In short, my family’s heritage in osteopathy, combined with my medical background, has fueled a deep passion for this work. I’m excited to continue contributing to the osteopathic community and, most importantly, helping my patients achieve better health and well-being.
